Frankton Unit subdivsion Surveying Project
A sixteen residential unit development and subdivision in sunny Frankton with all of the usual resource management, servicing and access issues to contemplate and resolve.
This project involved:
- Topographical surveys.
- Subdivision layout and civil engineering design.
- Earthworks modelling and set out.
- Height limit modelling and review.
- Resource consent applications and approvals.
- Construction set out and as-built surveys.
- Land transfer surveys to create the new residential units.
- Liaison with Council and others to obtain the relevant approvals.
