Picnic Creek - Clyde

Central Otago Subdivision

This 17 lot rural - residential subdivision is situated on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Clutha River. Working with enthusiastic and local clients, mitigating flood hazards and creating landscape features were highlights of this project. The first class result is a testament to all those involved.

This project involved many of the typical land surveying skills, such as:

• Topographical surveys.
• Subdivision layout and civil engineering design.
• Resource consent applications and approvals.
• Contract management and supervision under NZS 3910.
• Construction set out and as-built surveys.
• Land transfer surveys to create the new residential sites.
• Liaison with Council and others to obtain the relevant approvals.
