Arthurs Point Residential Subdivision

Five lot residential subdivision of the last block of land at the northern end of Atley Road. Completed for one of our long term clients, a high level of design and finish was required to maximise the quality of the site. Outstanding results which have stunning views of the Shotover River from each lot.

Our scope of works comprised:

Topographical surveys.

• Subdivision layout and civil engineering design.
• Resource consent applications and approvals.
• Contract management and supervision under NZS 3910.
• Construction set out and as-built surveys.
• Land transfer surveys to create the new residential sites.
• Liaison with Council and others to obtain the relevant approvals.
